3D Game Programming for Kids – examples from book

I am currently teaching Javascript to Year 9s as we are in remote learning mode and it has worked well as it is a web based language which students can easily do in a browser without needing any special software. I have the first edition of the following book and it’s great.

I found the example files from the book when I was doing a clear out and thought they might be useful as a reference for using the THREE.js library which allows 3 dimenional drawing using Javascript.

I’m still not sure that using this library might be too complicated for some of the students but hopefully seeing some of the interactive games that they can make might be enough to encourage students to experiment further. You can find out more about the Three.js library from it’s official website below
