Pedagogy Quick Read – converted to an audio file
Raspberry Pi Foundation have written a series of pedagogy quick reads (which you can find here https://www.raspberrypi.org/teach/pedagogy/quick-reads)
The one I wanted to look at was this one: Feedback literacy: A framework for effectively using AI outputs in teaching and learning
https://static.raspberrypi.org/files/curriculum/quickreads/23-Pedagogy_Summary_Feedback_Literacy_2025.pdf
And I wanted somehow to turn it into a podcast I could listen to in my own time.
Using Claude and a free trial of Eleven Studio (https://elevenlabs.io/app/subscription/creative) I have made this short podcast summarising the paper. Might be a good way of getting information into your brain while out doing other things?
Only issue is that creating this 5 minute clip burned through almost all of my free tokens! Perhaps just getting Claude to summarise it and then just recording myself talking through it would be better (and cheaper!)
(At least it doesn’t have the sycophantic US voices that Notebook LLM has!)
